'Systemate Numafa introduces revolutionary cleaning supply:
the rotating fine filtration unit’.
Recently, Systemate Numafa has developed a new filtration system, an optional piece of
equipment for an industrial cleaning system.
The filtration system consists of a buffer tank in which a rotating drum filter is placed. The inner side of this drum filter is executed with a 40 Micron filter cloth. Upon this system two pumps are attached. One of the pumps will suck the water out of the washing tank. This water arrives on the inside of the drum filter. By means of filtration the water will end up in the above mentioned buffer tank. The second pump will then return the filtrated water to a specified location, for instance back into the washing section.
 By using this rotating fine filtration unit, as part of an industrial cleaning system, the quality of the water becomes exceptionally better. Moreover, the system is suitable for various industries. The filtration unit has been tested comprehensively with trays, crates and pallets which were each polluted in a different way. It is perfectly suitable for companies who are dealing with extreme pollution such as fish auctions, companies working in fruit, vegetables and meat.
 One of the greatest advantages is that by using this filtration unit the water doesn’t need to be refreshed as often as other drum filters. When using a standard drum filter, the water needs to be refreshed for instance every 8 hours. This specific system filtrates the dirt out of the water without having to interrupt the production process. The fact that the water is being filtrated during the production process makes it an unique piece of equipment for companies who want to speed up their production. As the water only needs to be refreshed now and then, the rotating fine filtration unit is an environment saving product as well, mainly with regard to the use of water, chemicals and energy.
