Innovative cleaning systems for beverage and bottling industry
This year the Drinktec, a key event in the beverage and bottling industry which is being organised every four years, will take place from 12 – 17 September 2005 in Munich. Drinktec presents an international range of products and services in the area of beverage technology. The special aspect of Drinktec is that is offers the right technology, raw materials and logistics solutions for every type of beverage and liquid food. Drinktec 2005 has it all, whether it´s for manufacture, filling or packaging, and regardless of which cultural environment the drink comes from.
 Systemate Numafa is becoming an active player in the beverage industry, offering the right solution for every cleaning problem within the beverage and liquid food industry. Systemate Numafa sees to a complete removal of all (in)visible contamination and possible bacteria on all kinds of crates, trays, kegs and many other products. She has the necessary equipment available for the removal of stickers and other labels, which is a well known problem within the beverage industry. Depending on the application a customade solution by means of high pressure cleaning can be offered which removes the labels from the product.
 An optimal cleaning result can only be accomplished when the four factors of the Sinerse Circle (time, tempereature, chemics, pressure) are tuned to each other optimally. Naturally all Systemate Numafa industrial cleaning systems are being developed according to this principle.
At the Drinktec in Munich Systemate Numafa will be exhibiting an industrial cleaning system type RWM 800 with airblow section. This type of system is extremely suitable for the cleaning of trays, which is an often used piece of equipment within the beverage industry. Several options are available on this machine, thus enabling all customers’ requirements are met.
