'Systemate Numafa's new wing deboner'
Poultry processors are constantly trying to find new value added products such as deboned breast meat, leg meat and drumsticks and thighs to cope with the demand of food outlets. These outlets require a quality raw material to be processed further into snacks and "finger food". This given fact made Systemate Numafa develop high quality cut up and deboning equipment. These machines assist the poultry processing industry in giving a better profit margin by supplying high yield machines. This new development which is "a cut above the rest" made Systemate Numafa the market leader in the poultry processing industry for the last fifteen years.
Our latest development in this field is a wing parts deboner with the following options/ possibilities:
When the whole wing is loaded into the machine it will debone the prime wing part, giving a so-called 'Tulip' shaped snack. The midwing is processed in a way that meat and bones are on separate sides.

The machine has a high capacity of approximately 2,000 wings per hour, right and left ones mixed is irrelevant, thus giving 4,000 deboned parts.
The wing tip is unloaded automatically and the machine copes with different sizes of wings.
Due to a unique concept of, as little moving parts as possible, the unit has low maintenance and operating costs while down-time is limited.
