The new scalding concept with integrated
bleedingtunnel is a totally new development
for the modern poultryprocessor. The heated bleeding tunnel ensures a far better bleeding
result then any other system available today.
The scalding principle is based on a concept
widely used many years ago but improved revolutionary in many ways making it a system
well ahead of it's time.

superior scalding result the unit is the scalding machine for the future available today.
Birds are not immersed in "dirty" water avoiding contamination thus improving the quality and self
life of the product. A constant dozed pressurized water flow really penetrates the feathers and gets
to the skin, opening the follicles in very little time ready for defeathering.
This scalding concept gives the best scalding results for the process fresh or frozen without having to dip the birds in heated water.
