Systemate Numafa exhibitor of IBA Düsseldorf 2003

Systemate Numafa BV will exhibit the IBA show from October 3 rd until October 9 th in hall 15, stand no. D30/E39 .

Journalist may revert to our stand for an extensive set of information asking for mrs. Lion or mrs. Schneider.

Systemate Numafa will show amongst others the new system for cleaning polluted crates in the bakery industry. The system consist of a RWM 400 crate washer, a centrifugal dryer and a stacker/destacker.

The RWM 400 crate washer is adapted to the latest developments in the field of HACCP and BRC hygiene requirements. That’s why the system is equipped with a special belt filtration system for the fine filtration of the re-circulated washing water. This belt filtration system offers the following advantages:

•  consistent and guaranteed cleaning results due to less nozzle clogging
•  less chemical consumption due to cleaner water
•  longer run times between water changeovers
•  reduce maintenance and overall maintenance costs

Another contribution to the increasingly more stringent HACCP and BRC requirements is the development of a new energy friendly centrifugal drying system.

Systemate Numafa solved the hygienic problems with regards to wet crates and the increasingly high energy cost to dry crates by developing a new and energy friendly centrifugal drying system. The centrifugal drying system offers the following advantages:

•  significantly improved drying results (2 to 3 grams remaining moisture)
•  noise level reduced to 70-72 dBA
•  energy consumption reduced by 90% compared to large airblow systems
•  reduced overall operational costs which results in a lower cost per     washed crate

Because of the good results and proven reliability, further developments were made to meet highercapacities up to 2,500 crates per hour.

Whereas control and registration of HACCP requirements is concerned, Systemate Numafa offers amanagement control system which is linked to a PC by means of a ‘bus’-system.

Important parameters such as wash temperature, detergent dosage/usage, production output, dwell time etc. can be read and controlled from this system. It is also possible to link crates with chips or barcodes via a management control system to a production/consumer system.

Because of the need for increased product flow and reduced operational costs, Systemate Numafa will also demonstrate its latest developments with regards to crate handling systems too.We will display our new stacker/destacker characterised by its robust construction and reliable operationwhich easily integrates with other transport system.
