Preview Seafood Processing Europe

Systemate Numafa BV will attend the Seafood Processing Europe Exhibition from April 8 th until April 11 th at the Brussel Exhibition Centre, hall 4, booth number 5311.

Systemate Numafa BV will show a new industrial cleaning system type RWM 600 equipped amongst others with a new belt filtration system. Life demonstrations will take place regularly. Especially for exhibition purposes the liftable tunnel is executed with four windows so people can witness the superb functioning of the unit.

The new industrial cleaning system will assure a thorough cleaning of the crates. It is meeting the present hygienic demands, against reduced production costs. Labour costs may be reduced to a minimum by implementing the automatic Systemate Numafa handling systems. Water consumption can be reduced thanks to our improved filtration units.

Meeting the present HACCP demands Systemate Numafa developed a management control system, which will control the settings of the system and will stock all relevant data on the processed crates. Thanks to this system one can adjust all parameters regarding the process, production figures may be obtained directly or transferred to the main office.

The Systemate Numafa automatic handling systems include amongst others de palletising and palletising units, automatic de stackers and stackers, turning devices, and different conveyor systems. All units are made in stainless steel .

Water consumption and the quality of effluent water strongly depends on the pollution of the crates. By using different filtration systems one may lengthen the use of water and decrease the pollution of the effluent water, hence economising on costs. Systemate Numafa can offer for each kind of pollution the most adequate filtration system.
