| Systemate Numafa
BV - Corporate History
Systemate
Numafa BV is situated in Numansdorp, The Netherlands.
The company employs more than 350 workers worldwide
with establishments in the Netherlands and the
United States. Systemate Numafa manufactures a full range
of poultry processing systems and industrial cleaning
systems.
Systemate Holland
was founded in 1970 and grew to become
one of only six companies worldwide to manufacture complete
poultry processing systems. It has led that field several
times since its founding.
In 1977 Numafa BV was founded. Numafa
mainly specializes in the supply of stainless steel
construction work made to customer specification and
the development and production of machines for poultry
processing ordered by Systemate Holland. Systemate Holland
merged interests with Numafa BV in 1999. Their new name
became Systemate Numafa BV.
In 1986, Systemate Numafa BV made a commitment to the
U.S. market with the founding of Dapec in Canton,
Ga.
In March 2006 approval has been received for the acquisition of all activities of Systemate Group B.V. worldwide by Meyn Holding B.V. The two companies will continue their activities as part of the same group. The agreement includes the activities of both Systemate Numafa and Dapec in North America. With a sales volume of approximately EUR 180 million and 1.000 employees, the Systemate Numafa/Meyn combination is the leading supplier to the poultry processing industry worldwide.
When it comes to satisfying customers,
Systemate Numafa considers perfection the only proper
goal.
The Systemate Numafa company is temporarily led by Meyn CEO Han van der Broek, supported by the familiar management team. Systemate Numafa and Meyn are working side by side; two organizations, supporting two brands. The future perspective is that of growth. Leadership in poultry processing systems is a realistic ambition, acceleration of the expansion within the industrial cleaning systems department is equally likely.
